LOL I'm pretty sure they're just having tech issues. 'Snot like I forgot my password.

The thing is, I like it. It's in a name that has nothing to do with me - not even a little bit to do with me. It's from an ex girlfriend and her brother was on the account 'cause I foolishly lent him a few bucks to try to start a business.

I haven't spoken to either of them in decades. I loaned 'em money back before I even retired - so you know it wasn't a lot of money. He wanted like two grand more than what he had to start a lawn mowing business. Something like that.

Anyhow, I broke up with her and everything was attached to a bank account I had at the time.

A half dozen bank accounts later, and I still have the account. Hasn't got a fucking thing to do with my name on anything. Works like a charm...

So, when they do this 'you can't login' thing, it makes me wonder if maybe they finally figured it out.

It'll make me sad to lose access to this PayPal account. It has to be two decades old. PayPal was pretty new at the time. It was very early 2000s.

I had an eBay account with it, but long since changed to a new email and no longer have access to that email.
