In which case, it has some pretty great tones. You'd find a use for the tones that come out of it. It's very unlike the distortion you're used to hearing. It's a warm distortion - with clarity somehow. It's very different. There are plenty of clones out there, so it's not hard to recreate the tune or close enough to it.

I think you can buy one already built (from a different company) for like $35 and it's "close enough".
