Yeah twice this week. And I already have work on next Tuesday, as well as I just applied to a job for Monday and I expect to be assigned to that as well. I need to buy parts for my car!

And a new amp, and a new guitar... Plus some strings. You always need more strings. Just make sure they're sealed and contain a silica packet. ~nods~

When you say you applied for a job - you mean a gig and not a real job where you go to work every day like 9 to 5?

When I say I applied for a job I mean a service call, or actually a site survey. I don't think I would like to have a job where I have to go there every day for eight hours a day. That seems like it would get really sickening to me.

It does indeed suck to work every day. It sucks even more when you work seven days out of the week. It also really sucks when you're spending 12+ hours at work on a fairly regular basis, even on weekends.

So, I can see why one would not want to do those things.

I kinda work every day - by that I mean doing something for other people that I'm obligated to do.

After much research, I think a new guitarist would want this:
