It's VERY unlikely for someone to just show up with a replacement head.

So, yes... Going to work for it is a good idea. You might as well, 'cause nobody is going to just magically have a head to give you, along with the timing chain and water pump.

Though, not gonna pretend otherwise, it'd be pretty awesome if someone did.

If I truly believed that one would show up here and had no doubt whatsoever I am sure that one would. But I doubt that will happen so it won't. I have no choice but to buy the parts I need.

Like that woman told me back in January, "nobody is just going to give you the drugs you want" and I told her they do, and they continue to do that so I continue to believe without doubt LoL

LOL Yeah, you're gonna have to buy this one on your own.

Maybe if it were a more common car, someone might just happen to have the parts you need and someone would know and tell you or whatnot, but this is a Jag with a rather uncommon engine.

Hell, I'm kinda surprised you have as many options as you do - including eBay. I'm a little surprised that people are trying to keep the car alive.

It is a beautiful car and they only made like 2000 of them, at least the long wheelbase one like I have, so they are somewhat rare. Plus they are beautiful. And such a smooth ride
