I have shoveled coal and controlled the valves on an old steam train.
I actually paid money to be able to do that... That's kinda backwards, really...
How do you heat your house? Oil, gas, natural gas, wood, or electricity?
Natural gas heats my home.
Definitely not an option at my house. LOL
Well, I guess I could get a giant LNG tank. I'm not actually sure how that'd work.
yeah, well I am right in the city basically, but in a location where it does not feel or seem like I am in the city while I am here. behind me and to the north is a small 8 acre forest, and to the south is my only neighbor and his house is a good 100 yards from mine so he is off a ways compared to most homes in town. And across the street is a park that is connected to a cemetery, so the park has no swings or slides or basketball hoops or picnic tables or anything most parks around here have. It's just basically a big lawn for like 100 yards then its trees and graves.
I was at one of my womans friends house earlier today and he only lives about a mile or so away from me a little ways on the other side of the cemetery and when I was standing in her driveway I looked around and it was all house after house after house in every direction. That really made me appreciate all the more the location my home is. I can do what ever the fuck I want here when ever the fuck I want to and I am not going to bother anybody. That is a blessing. I would never be able to do that in that neighborhood her friend lives in.
