Alas, they didn't pay me to set up their servers for 'em.

They're also probably not willing to pay the extra to have that kind of redundancy.

Well, you kinda do have a clue. If they'd taken the right steps at the start, we'd not be faced with losing this much data.

This is another thread you'll probably want to at least index/save until you get the chance to do the archives. That's just extra labor on our part and it should be completely unnecessary.
