If I turned all the aero upside down, I could probably glide for a little while. Maybe a few feet, maybe more... I'm not going to try to do the math.
But, there's cases of air getting under a car and the car souring for hundreds of feet. That's how Mercedes Benz killed a bunch of people in I want to say 1955 - but it might have been 1957. I think it's 55. I'm just lazy.
I've seen a documentary I think it was Neuremburgring where the Benz kept going airborne on a downhill straightaway
