Nope, but I'm below that. In 3.5 hours, I've had just over two beers. At my weight, a beer an hour would be just about 0.08.
Entirely unrelated, 0.08 is a pretty fucking stupid limit. It literally is set at that because MADD (a prohibitionist group) lobbied for it. There's nothing scientific about it - except that it's well below the threshold of impairment to the point where one isn't enjoying the alcohol buzz.
It's pretty much the stupidest limit they could pick for safety reasons.
I got pulled over a few years back before the fire at Verles where Verle Chris and A woman and me were pulled over in my Jaguar for me speeding after we all had drank a 30 pack of beer at Verles house. I imagine I had six of them in me. The cops made me do the field sobriety test and I was following his pen with my eyes as he requested, he tells me to go sit back in my car and wait for him. Just a warning for speeding. If they had made me blow I would have probably been over the 0.08 limit
The average male processes about 0.08's worth of ethanol per hour. I forget the mL figure, but it's effectively at the rate of one beer per hour. So, keep it under one beer per hour and you should pass with a BAC below the legal limit.
I had six in an hour or two
