Huh...

I already have a sport car here - two of 'em really. Heck, even the wife's Bimmer is pretty sporty (That's not a euphemism) when we get down to brass tacks.

The Lotus should be a blast to drive - but not all that different than what we have down here.

I've decided you were right with the Viper. I'm going to have this delivered to me:

Yeah, it's similar to the 911, but such a brutal driving machine. A 911 dances through corners. A Viper growls at them and makes them straighten themselves out. The downforce on this model is insane. At least on the interstate I can bring it up to speed and let it work its legs. I could even take it to the track.

We do have snow coming (very little and only a chance of snow). So, an FJ might work.

I've been thinking about something truly exotic, more so than just a fancy 911.
