LoL I really am not any good at making those kinds of decisions, I just let the universe figure it out and do whatever is presented to me

I'd suggest asking your live-in if she has any suggestions 'cause you really, really should have reliable transportation and do not currently have that.

That will lead to me living with the one and spending the night with the other one once a week or so, which will lead to the others I had been spending the night with once a week or so wanting to be included, like they don't already.

Well, your live-in might actually have some other ideas that you can pursue. She's gainfully employed, so perhaps you can go to a buy-here/pay-here and use her name (and your name) to qualify to buy a cheap used car by making weekly payments. When you can't pay, she can pay and you can pay her back those weeks when you work more.

I'm just tossing that sorta idea out there - but she may have other ideas.
