Well for a cobra, there were not than many made. And a new replica one might be even better than an old one as far as drivability. There's a company making 'new' E-types too

They usually try to make 'em exactly like they were, but you can get 'em with modern components. Modern cars are much better than older cars.

Poal didn't show a notification. I'm pretty busy at today's action and with a ton of other shit going on at the same time. You didn't get yesterday's purchase list by email! (It wasn't much.) I'll send it if you want to see it. I'll send today's when the day is over.

I would assume the new cobra's are made at least with better brakes than they had in the 60's

I think the best ones at least look the part - but you can get 'drum' brakes that actually have disk breaks hidden inside.
