Rest in peace my friend, your kindness to me after the passing of my Mother meant more to me than you will ever know. COF is one of the good ones, that I had the pleasure of knowing here on inter-webs. In tribute to you I will post the song that you requested of me a long time ago. Thanks. I can tell you that COF truly appreciated your work. We'd often speak and on Fridays it wasn't uncommon for us to gab about the upcoming thread. He often said he hoped you'd be there with a new track.

He was a VERY good man, he did a lot of behind the scenes stuff . He was a kind, stellar human being that I will miss. I wanted to thank you as well for your encouragement and critique of my work. Your kindness has not gone unnoticed, your caliber of musicianship usually has an inflated ego to go along with their talent. It's not the case with you and I most appreciate that. Thank you, very much. I too hope you enjoy your Christmas. We did our gathering yesterday, as I'm down in VA. My daughter is working today 'cause patients don't just magically get well for the holidays. So, it is what it is.

As mentioned, he was slow to participate in the thread - initially observing, eventually commenting, and eventually becoming a mod and archivist for our material. He left a pretty big pair of shoes to fill.
