Well, dunno? Maybe you need more hours. I've gotta be well over 60,000 hours by now. Hell, that's probably a low estimate.

I don't count the amount of time I spend playing music. I haven't a clue at all

Mine's a rough estimate based on my practice habits. It's not precise. In fact, it's almost certainly lower than the real number of hours.
