I was pretty stoked when I got it. I'm 99.99999% sure I showed it to you and expressed my glee at getting "a grandpa Simpson car".

I haven't driven it yet, but I will. A part of my purchase was based on the price. It was relatively inexpensive and I expect the price to increase. The rest of my purchase was glee at getting a grandpa Simpson car.

I'm running out of time to drive the cars this year - and plan on investing a similar amount of money on more cars.

I simply can't really beat the amount they appreciate with most other investments. Obviously, I won't invest everything in cars, but I will diversify and add more cars to my collection.

LOL I figured I had and I've made a small fortune in real estate. That's largely what got liquidated to prepare to fund my next automobile purchases. The assets liquidated have been those that have slowed in growth. The real estate market varies quite a bit and the adage is correct: "Location, location, location."

Real estate seems to have appreciated at a really nice rate over the recent past. One of my old girlfriends called me yesterday and was telling me that someone offered her 250 grand for her house she paid 100 grand for ten years ago. That's a pretty good appreciation. Then she asked me to come over and fuck, but I couldn't do that, I would have to cheat on the woman that lives here, and I promised her that I would stop all that. So I politely declined and then she got all pissed off. LoL Women! LoL Anyways, so I was curious as to what my house was worth and she said Zillow puts price estimates on every house and so I looked my place up on Zillow and it says it's worth nearly triple what I paid.
