It'd be like buying someone's used/modern Rolls Royce. It's like buying another man's underwear.
I don't think a home is quite the same as underwear. I've never lived in a house built specifically for me, but I am still happy that I have the place to call home
Yeah, mine has stuff like a large game room, a giant chunk dedicated to music, a gym, an entire room dedicated to firearms, a kitchen optimized for when I do lose mobility, etc...
Anyone spending that much money on a house is gonna want it to suit their personal needs.
I'd be surprised if my house's price would be more than a few million dollars. The land alone is worth more than that.
I didnt want to go through all the expense and trouble of building a home to suit my needs so I just found one that has the most amenities that I was looking for at my price range. And I think I did great.
