Yeah they take all that stuff away. They wont even let you keep your underwear unless they are completely white

I spent a weekend in BCJ, FL. They let me (and others) keep my personals, what they didn't steal. It was a 'for profit' jail in Bay County, Florida. That was during spring break but regular inmates had personal clothing.

Bay County Jail - Panama City Beach is in Bay County, Florida.

So, the place (and uniforms for those that wore them) all said "BCJ".
