Yeah, it was pretty chilly. It didn't get over 70 until after noon. I still drove. I went over 16 to New Hampshire and then came back on 2 and 17. A good solid 3.5 to 4 hours. She ran like a champ. She's only got an inline six, but it's plenty potent, well balanced, and not a whole lot of weight. So, it's a joy to drive.
It's nothing like a giant 600 HP modern exotic, and that's okay.

It was frigid with the wind blowing on me. I cranked the heat up and that didn't help a whole lot. I don't think Jag made a very good heater. No, I don't think they did.
One would think that getting heat from the engine to the interior of a car would have been a fairly easy thing to figure out how to do well. It's basically a matter of running hot water from the engine coolant system through the firewall and devising some kind of heat exchanger
