I'd keep it just at the speed limit, just in case there are cops. That'd annoy the fuck out of 'em.

I'm pretty sure there are no rules against wearing a helmet. I've worn a helmet while driving around before and not gotten any tickets for it.

Aren't there still plenty of states left that give you a ticket for not wearing a helmet on a motorcycle?

Probably... I wear a helmet every time I ride, but not so in cars. I assume the laws don't prohibit it, but I've yet to email my lawyer and ask. It's on my list of things to do.

Why yes, yes I do use a 'to do' list. If I didn't, I'd get all sorts of shit wrong. It's technically a 'tasks' list in Thunderbird. Thunderbird is pretty awesome like that.

I highly doubt there would a rule against wearing a helmet. Especially in a convertible with a low windshield.

Well, it does obstruct your vision a bit... They might try something like that, but only if it's a dick cop.

I don't think it would stick. It's mandatory if you go on any track
