Yeah all the counties that start with B

I am not bored enough to count them or save them and write a regex to find the ones that start with B.

I could write a quick script to strip out the first names of the counties and then find those that start with the letter B, but that doesn't seem like something I'm gonna do tonight. Tomorrow night doesn't look too good either.
