I always do. I got her a lovely custom necklace and bracelet. They're diamond, silver, and platinum. They're pretty subdued, but nicely set stones. I also gave her my credit card and told her and J to go shopping. Oh, and I already paid for the cake.

She pretty much only wears jewelry when she dresses up. Me too. Neither of us even bothers with our wedding bands unless we're going out or something.

I never wear jewelry. Well I did wear a gold band on my finger when I was married but that was a long time ago. We stopped at a rummage sale the other day and there was these two hangers with like a dozen hooks for necklaces and they were full of necklaces with polished stones of a whole variety of colors and the both of the hangars were 5 bucks with the 30 or 40 necklaces on there and both of these women here just went nuts for the shit. They try on one color necklace and then have to wear something that matches it, then the other one has to wear it and then she has to change her clothes too to match it and then they look in the mirror and tell each other how much they like it. Then they go on to the next color stoned necklace and do that all over again, they are in 7th heaven over these no gem stone jewelry LoL
