I can't imagine they would. I mean, I don't know all the laws, but that seems perfectly legal - unless they use some bullshit 'catch-all' laws like 'driving with obstructed vision' or 'reckless driving'.
You know what, I'm gonna fucking find out. I pay for a lawyer and this is a perfectly good question to ask 'em. Well, I haven't paid him in a while. He doesn't cash my checks, so I just stopped sending him money.
Is he locked up again?
No, no... He's doing well enough. He's even got his license back for work purposes. Given that he's a lawyer, that can mean quite a lot is actually working. I think he's got another year and a half on probation left. Then, like two years after that he can have a regular license.
