Pretty much. Turkeys like to wander, but geese and duck will always return to settle on the body of water. All the elk-family animals are like that. So, deer, moose, elk, whatever...

I think even Turkeys spend their whole lives in a one mile radius circle

Those fuckers wander all over. They also fly, just not well or often. 12 to 15 miles is what they roam, depending on gender and flock movements.
