The three that I mention are all 'rain or shine' and free to show your car there and free entry. All three are held at somewhere people do business. One is a convenience store, the other is a 50s themed diner/drive-up diner, and the third one is held at a garage that mostly restores cars or works on anything the locals would call 'exotic' (which is code for foreign).
That's cool. The one a mile away from me here is just like that. Free everything and at a business.
So you're telling me my Jaguar is 'exotic'?
Yeah, that'd be exotic to some of the folks around here. They don't see much more than trucks, SUVs, a few American cars, and some Japanese imports. They get pretty excited when they see even a Porsche 911.
I have not seen a car like mine in a year or so. I don't see many Porsches around here either. The car show is mostly 60's & 70's muscle cars and maybe a couple 50's cars too. Nothing I would consider exotic usually, though once last summer I did see a red convertible E type drive bye, that was special.
