I have not a clue.

I do not keep track of the laws on things like that

It was brought to my attention somewhere, probably Hacker News. That or maybe Fark or something. It was years ago that I read about it.

I don't need a new article until the 2nd of next month. I'm two articles ahead. I have one for the 28th and the 30th.

I'm tempted to keep writing more articles to get them ready for publication.

Right now, it's every other day. So, articles are on even days. When there's a month with 31 days, it'll change. It'll then be on odd days.
