Yeah, it's not like the gum/lozenges, patches, or anything like that. It's quite different in function.
I'd like to stop smoking on the 1st, but I'm actually aiming for the 5th. My problem is (I think) that I always smoke when I first wake up. My bedroom is one of the few rooms I regularly smoke in - the other is my study. So, when I wake up the first thing I do is ingest some nicotine. I have to somehow first ingest a pill and wait for it to kick in.
I too enjoy a cigarette in the morning
It's pretty much the first thing I do. I'm still under the blanket when I smoke my first smoke of the day.
I suspect if I smoke the first cigarette that I'll want to keep smoking for the rest of the day.
Oh I don't have a cigarette until I am out of bed and have took a piss and got a drink of water at least.
