I didnt think about the hole but yeah you could move the hole right up to the bridge

I can. I can make it right around the goddamned bridge if I want. I can make the hole any goddamned shape I want!

Anyhow, the saddle itself is what needs to be affixed. The bridge around it, of course. The saddle is where the strings end their vibration and I want it to be firmly fixed. That fucker should have like no play in it.

Damned right. Can even make the soundhole taper towards the neck in a teardrop shape or whatever I goddamned feel like.

I'll make the guitar eventually.
