yeah, people really are seemingly completely unable to control themselves.

Just look at those people that make new years resolutions and don't stick to them, or people who say they are going to stop drinking or drugs and inevitably shortly after proclaiming they were not going to do that any more there they are doing it

Fine? It's not really impacting me yet, though I did get a pretty awesome vivid dream. I suppose it qualifies as a nightmare but I thought it was awesome.

Because of my sleeping ability, I've never really dreamed much. So, I'm pretty excited about nightmares.

I have cut down a little already.
