Man, I've been on the phone since 09:00. I'm finally done with all my phone calls, I think.

Hmm... Yeah, fuck it... Ain't nobody reading this but you, me, and maybe COF. So, I won't have to deal with others butting in.

I'm in the process of selling some more property. When I retired, property was cheap - 'cause of the economy at the time. I was able to pay cash, meaning no interest payments. So, I had an agent buy property on my behalf. This is entirely different than the house in Florida or the house in Nevada.

Anyhow, I'm selling some of that property. It has more than matured and the market is slowing. I expect the bubble to pop soon. Even if it doesn't, I've made good money on my investments. I've been holding some of the property for 12-ish years.

Selling it is more manual than I expected. I didn't expect that I'd have to be all that involved. I'm selling almost a dozen pieces of property.

Heh... Good guess. I mentioned that in my comment to COF. It should be enough to cover the AMG ONE and then a bunch left over for another auction run. A lot of it is residential on the West Coast. So, they've increased in value a great deal.

My investments are pretty diverse.

Residential property in Cali is insanely high priced. If my house was in Cali it would probably fetch five million dollars LoL
