Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, click this link (fngt.gq). That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask COF, Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then you can donate.

The only retirement fund I have isy property, I have a house and an apartment I could rent out when I get old if I need money.

Oh, man... I did the residential landlord thing for a while. That I only did it for a while is a good indicator. I had an entire apartment building. I even had it managed by a rental management company. It still sucked. There was always something fucking up my day or schedule.

I owned 276 Fairbanks Road, Farmington, Maine - if you're curious.

That's a pretty big place. I was more thinking I would live in the back building and I would rent the house to someone I know and rent the upstairs apartment to someone else I know

Yeah, it was entirely a pain in the ass. So many unpaid rents... So many hassles... So many calls in the middle of the night - even with a management company.

I used to keep a basement apartment there and would party my ass off in Farmington - while I was also a professor at UMF. It's actually an old hospital that the previous owner turned into apartments. I have no idea who owns it now. It has sold a couple of times since.
