Damned right, you would. Holy balls! It's fucking awesome!

I'm not gonna lie. IVing stuff is an exceptionally intense high.

I do not recommend folks start on the needle train. It's really, really good - so good that it's gonna be a pain in the ass for many people to stop. Shooting coke is even more awesome than smoking it. I do not suggest it. In fact, I'd highly recommend that folks not do it.

I just know for sure, from that one time I had surgery and they gave me an IV of dilauded with a button for when i needed a dose, man I wore that fucking button out

Man... I remember when they found a vein and I got my first hit of IV fentanyl after smashing my femur (and quite a bit of the rest of me).

I remember feeling it wash over my body. I'll probably remember that feeling for the rest of my life - even though I'd had IV fentanyl prior to that. Due to the pain involved, and how it all just kinda didn't matter after that, I am going to remember that one shot for the rest of my life.
