I would never have expected there to be leak detectors, I didnt even know that existed. But it seems like something that would just be common sense. Isn't technology great!

Did you have to grease some palms to get your appeal to go through?

Not really, but sorta. I hired a lawyer to do the permit appeal. So, I did pay to get the permit.

It gets filled once a year, usually.
