They're also in a shiny new facility with new tools and a climate controlled workspace.

I take good care of my employees. When I get back, I need to somehow find another employee to work on the farm full time. They're bitching about needing another employee and haven't had any luck finding one.

I wouldn't think there are a whole lot of employment opportunities in the area of your farm and there would be lots of local folks looking for a good job
