Damned right. I've got a knack for attracting good people and knowing when they're good people.

When I still had my business, my employee retention rates were amazing.

I do recall you telling me that you had great employees when you had your business and you treated them very well

Some of them had bigger salaries than I had.

I really value some folks. The people I value, I value a great deal.

Some folks are just worthless.
