Not really 'service'. They're not doing oil changes. They'll do some work for other club members and shit like that.

Amusingly, for 40k he could buy a pretty nice 'Vette. Still, he wants that one restored.
I belong to a number of private auto clubs. They're stoked that I have real automotive engineers. I can keep one project in the shop pretty much in perpetuity. We may expand to a couple of projects at a time because you sometimes have to juggle stuff, but there's still a ton of work for them to do on my stuff and the farm's stuff.
The goal is to have enough work for them to do 40 hour weeks for at least the next 6 months - always moving that 6 months forward as they move forward. I pay a lot of money to employ them, so keeping them busy is important to me.
