And, playing guitar doesn't have to be a competition.
That car looks great, I love the green paint! I bet that thing is going to eat up the road like nothing.
It's not a competition. And I wouldnt have cared if they had sucked terribly and tried to play wonderwall! Hell, there's 4 guitars hanging on the wall right here where you come in to my house in the living room. We could have all played together!
Chris stopped bye and played a bunch of songs with Verle and I the other day and some of them were terrible but we were having fun and laughing through it! A couple of them turned out sounding half decent, but they are all entertaining! In fact you might hear some of those songs tomorrow night if you tune in to the FNGT!
The car is part of her Christmas present. I told her she could order any Porsche she wanted. That's the one she's decided on. We've been to test drive and she likes the 718 a lot.
And, you ain't gotta be good to have fun playing the guitar.
Of course, I say these things when I've spent decades getting good at playing the guitar.
Well the better you can play usually the better it sounds when you play. So it is cool to be able to play well. I don't play anywhere near as well as you do, but apparently people think I am too good for them to show me how they play, or something. I do spend a lot of my time with a guitar in my hands, nearly every day for sure for at least an hour, some days a whole lot more than that, so I am comfortable playing anything anytime anywhere on it, its the same thing I normally do anyways
