Judge Elizabeth Jack threw the book at Savonne Morrison, 21, for his part in the heinous killing of Jeffrey Chapman, 49, in Clearwater. Morrison was just 18 at the time of Chapman's killing and was four months into probation for a carjacking when the murder took place. According to the Tampa Bay Times, Morrison was slapped with the large sentence in court on Monday after a lengthy hearing.
