This is why AirBnB made it so you can't see "renters" names/races/etc. They found that "Hosts" would refuse to rent to niggers. Because they are niggers and do nigger shit like this. You know damn well they won't pay to fix that and will say "it was broken when we got here" even though they have video of their future felon breaking it.

You can own rentals. You just have to be VERY specific on the states you own them in. Any even slightly blue or purple state is a no-go. Also, don't fuck with the commie platforms like AirBNB.
