I can't say for sure who it was, I thought it was one of the "race baiting poverty pimp" type liberals, like James Baldwin, but it doesn't seem to have been him.

This is really annoying, seems like I see the meme all the time, only to check my meme folder and it isn't there, and I can't seem to find it again in the wild.

Well holy moly, I thought Uncle Ruckus was supposed to be a parody of Bill Cosby, but this guy is like the real-life Uncle Ruckus.

This guy is so spicy that even normie conservatives would call him a racist. Thanks for the video.

That said, I'm pretty sure it wasn't this guy with the Beethoven meme quote because part of the meme was the irony that it was a normal black racist type being forced to admit that blacks had no culture.
