I can see this device killing people. If someone has a medical emergency on a lonely highway, or in a nigger zone, and the car locks down and won't let him drive, he could end up dead instead of driving himself to a hospital. Or a car could get stuck in the snow or mud, and the idiot device could interpret this as intoxication and shut down the car. It's a bad idea. But all of Biden's ideas are bad, without exception.
