Sounds about right. Also might be that they are pissed they might have to follow the don't fuck young teens law. They are so rich that fucking innocent teens is a right to them like the rotten monarchs of old. Like the Samarai's, like higher level priests. They are used to telling people to shut up and accept it but when the law acts like it should blind of status or class then it's a bad law unless it's a dirty poor guy fucking their daughter or son then it's the death sentence and do not investigate and just let them rot in the ground.
