People usually suggest to prepare weapons, food, and water. But being in physically fit condition is the only thing that will ensure those things remain yours.

It doesn't matter where you are in the world anymore. Things are getting worse by the day and it's looking more and more like a violent summer could be in store if you're living in a big urban area filled with NPC's who aren't going to like what's on the horizon in DC. Even in the UK and France. Macron is looking to ban protesting in certain areas in Paris after 18 weeks of riots and the UK certainly isn't going to want a shit deal on brexit.

If you're not sure where to start here's 4 easy steps for not being a fat piece of shit.

  1. Move to a high animal protein diet. It might sound expensive to people who are plump on sugar and dough but when you start reducing the amount of garbage you're buying, it's really not. Bacon, ground turkey, ground beef, shrimp, chicken breasts, salmon... you can eat like a king if you quit spending money on dumb shit.
  2. Look at the label on your food. If it's filled with grain and ingredients you can't pronounce with ease, throw it out. Grain is for cows and synthetic chemicals are for washing your car.
  3. Start by walking 2 miles a day. A mile out, a mile back. Add a mile every consecutive week until you can RUN a mile out and a mile back in under 20 minutes. If you can't do this, you're dead if you get stuck in traffic due to rioters and looters. If your fat spouse has a heart attack who's going to run the few blocks to the nearest defibrillator because the ambulances can't get through?
  4. Drink water. Prior to coke and pepsi being guzzled down by the gallon, ALL OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION WAS BUILT. Look at what has happened to us since then. Absolutely MASSIVE people clog and weigh down our society and nothing truly great is getting done any more. We're all far too complacent and comfortable.

No one is saying you've got to to be chiseled like schwarzenegger but come on..

A clean diet and a basic standard of physical fitness allows a clean mind to flourish. A clean mind makes good decisions.

Please take care of yourselves. It's going to get worse before it gets better. Be ready.
