I lived in East Nashville for about 10 years, worked on 2nd ave and in the batman building. It's pretty rare for downtown to be empty. After the 98 tornado, downtown and EN were both ghost towns. Creepy as fuck. Stay strong man, the want your fear, don't give it to 'em.
