I think in normal circumstances we would have waited for data. But the lack of testing, the long incubation, and the travel everywhere just made it seem too much of an unknown. Most worried about overwhelmed hospitals and we could contract today and not need for two weeks. By then it...

Here's how the local School Authorities do it: They wait until one super spreader kid infects half the school, while the super spreader has no symptoms. But then when the super spreader finally starts to show symptoms, THEN and ONLY THEN will they even consider shutting down the School. However, even that is "iffy". They might only close one class room:

One school in Michigan only closed one classroom.......left the rest of the kids to play around in a contaminated school and school yard. No Brains.
