Japan pays parents $80/day to stay home and care for kids, while schools are closed.

Korea to give each citizen $413, to alleviate financial losses due to closed factories
In Korea, it's been suggested that every citizen should receive a basic income payment of $413 in response to #COVID19, because "the fear of the virus spread has caused a serious economic crisis, which is spreading faster than the virus itself."
