It doesn't matter if it is hot out or cold out, if it is airborne anyone can still catch it.....and there are many super carriers who are infected and contagious with zero symptoms, who don't even know they are sick, so they will be out and about spreading the disease. The long incubation was the design so that this would spread everywhere. That's the plan with this DEADLY disease. Hospitals will not be able to handle 98% of the cases because of a shortage of beds, once this gets going, so the death rate for those who need hospital care but can not get it, will be close to 70%.
