You know this may have started out by accident but once the Chinese leadership realized it was out of control and death tolls would be high, and their economy leveled, I think the "never let a crisis go to waste" principal kicked in, and now they plan to level the playing field by making SURE all the Western Countries experience the same death tolls and same blast to their economies.
