Know where your food comes from. Know your butcher or farmer/rancher. This stuff is not good. Also, any time you see a "meat tray" that has a bubble. That's to try to keep it looking red. It's not showing fresh or quality. On top of all of it. Criminal illegals are working in most of these plants so you should boycott them if you can. Only go to local shops that don't buy from these companies. It's hard in a lot of the country but it's worth it if you can where you are.
