Find a local farmer who raises their animals right and buy from them directly.

This. Exactly this.

We have a local butcher that ONLY buys from local farmers/ranchers. If we didn't we would go directly to the farmer/rancher ourselves (if they are willing, not all can or will do direct sales).

You get way higher quality meat and for way less cost and the farmer/rancher gets more of the $$$ because there is not a middle man stealing extra in the middle.

Why would it? It's not bioengineered like Impossible or like lab grown. It's mostly mushrooms, rice, peas and the like.

I do think it's a weird product, though. I don't want plants to simulate blood.

All this fake food is full of flavorings and low quality fats to mimic a natural abundant food product. Who knows what kinds of carcinogens are created when this stuff is "cooked".

They're not going to be using organic non-gmo mushrooms, rice, peas etc. They'll be the quality of produce that wasn't good enough to be in Campbell's soup. The worst kind of goy slop.

Some guys from work got the fake burger that I think Burger King was selling at the time, not sure if that was beyond or impossible, just to try it. They said it wasn't bad, but then for some unknown reason that was also the last time they ate it.

I have this great idea: I'm going to take a food that you already love and re-engineer it. It will look mostly how you think it should. It will remind you of the taste you like. It will cost more because we have to pay for all the engineering and manufacturing it will need. There's a slight problem in that the manufacturing process will cause more damage to the earth than using the animal manufacturing that's already in place, but give us 10 years and we should be able to solve that problem.
