Tyson's Chief Financial Officer was suspended this week after he was arrested for driving while intoxicated earlier in the week, according to a new report from the Wall Street Journal.

It's not the first trouble the CFO, John R. Tyson, has been in recently. As the Journal notes, about a year and a half ago Tyson was found asleep in the wrong house and arrested as a result.

He said at the time he was going to seek counseling for alcohol usage.

This week the arrest came at the hands of the University of Arkansas police. Tyson was booked at the Washington County Detention Center in northwest Arkansas and then released 9 hours later, the report says.

He was suspended as CFO "immediately" and was replaced by Curt Calaway, a senior finance executive at the company. . .
