Here's the bad news: Someone will buy or otherwise obtain their patents. This shit will make a reappearance in some form.

Yep, in about 2 months and probably funded by Bill Gates if the "green" funding is forced to be re-instated by a activist judge that has no authority to do so because of "reasons" (The real reasons are they are being paid, brainwashed or probably both).
